Peter Molesworth

Peter Molesworth is an actor and director based in New York City and an honors graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Peter trained with master acting teacher Jim Calder and at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Peter has assisted Jim Calder in Italy since 2012 and has apprenticed with esteemed Voice & Language Coach Alithea Phillips.

Recent credits include: Balthasar in Romeo and Juliet (Westport Country Playhouse, dir. Mark Lamos), Billing in Enemy (Smith Street Stage), Shylock/Antonio in The Merchant of Venice (CFPC), Elpenor/Telemachus in Naomi Lorrain’s The Odyssey: Everyone’s Seeking Something (Continuum Company, dir. Jim Calder), Ariel in The Tempest (Smith Street Stage, dir. Beth Ann Hopkins Winner of the 2017 NY Innovative Theatre Award for Outstanding Revival), Berlin Wahl in Waiting for HONY (dir. Laura Haefeli), Preacher Haggler in Dark of the Moon (dir. John Gould Rubin), Paris in Troilus and Cressida (dir. Tea Alagic), Valere/Flipote in Tartuffe (dir. Gisela Cardenas), Raymond in Skyscraper (dir. Margot Bordelon).
